From that perspective, this is an interesting read, bogged down by what read like meeting minutes from the conference and excessive gushing over the Dalai Lama's intelligence and wit. Both of which are on display, but the fawning grates. Most of the ideas the Dalai Lama discusses are more fully fleshed out in other works, so the chief interest is in the specifics of his take on the Christian gospels. Probably more valuable and eye-opening for open minded Christians than any other audience. ...
