Description: Chabon's attempt at a mystery novella, this book takes strengths and weaknesses from thatChabon's attempt at a mystery novella, this book takes strengths and weaknesses from that genre. The major letdown is the loss of all the character developement I loved in Cavalier & Clay. Chabon is really trying to find himself with this book, and looking to stories he admires, but I'm afraid he may lose his personal style in the process....
