To answer your question, YES! As the front cover shows, this graphic novel IS for 18-SX mature readers, due to the available mature scenes and adult humor only 18+ could actually understand. The artwork is beautiful and dialogs are engaging as well as funny. Plots are simple. I had an awesome time reading this one. ...

This is a "journalistic" form of a novel, written by it's "owner", 16 year old Jessica Darling, who is coping the new year with the her bestfriend, Hope Weaver, moving away from Pineville, New Jersey, only to be stuck with the Clueless Crew (I'm not kidding), her obsessing about track sports Dad, her mother who's into her sister's wedding, her ex-boyfriend, Scott who either wants to get back to her or just friends, her non existant lover, then none the expected least; there's Marcus "Krispy Kreme" Flutie. To add it up, none of her friends understands her and of course she couldn't stand ay of them but have no choice but bear it all. But in this lot of mess Marcus suddenly came out from the background and actually, much to her messed-up state, talk to her.

Jessica Darling a character any girls could relate to and of course this could be a guide for the boys to venture into the minds of most "sane" girls. Her problems and her thoughts, written in this novel in a "journalistic" form, would make you sit down and just read it through until you're reached the last page. That is how good of a page turner this book is.

Don't let the title and front cover throw you off, like it did me. It's a fun book and a page turner. Jessica would pull you into her thoughts and the plots are easily to....

Description: This particular book in the SoUE series has mellowed down for me. It took me a while to finishedThis particular book in the SoUE series has mellowed down for me. It took me a while to finished it since it didn't caught on to me as much like the previous books had. I guess it's due to the slow action.

The Baudelaires Orphans (Violet, the inventor for the 3 and the oldest; Klaus, the genius and the middle brother; and Sunny, the biter and the youngest of the 3 siblings) has lost their parents in a terrible fire which started their unfortunate bad luck of moving from one guardian to another all due to the greedy Count Olaf, who would do anything to get their heritance and i mean ANYTHING!

Nobody in relations to the orphans were willing to adopt them, so Mr Poe (their ineffective legal guardian who was taking care of their parents fortune until Violet is old enough to inherit all of their parents business assets) decided to place them in a programme called "It takes a village to raise a child", which was big fat mistake - as always. At this point I was beginning to ask myself, what else is new. In the same time, the orphans were looking for their friends, Duncan and Isadora Quagmire, who Count Olaf managed to kidnapped in their past 2 encounters.

So, they managed to ended up adopted by the village called V.F.D, where there's no children but only elders living there, with an exception of Hector (who was mostly responsible for the children and who went skittish each time he had to talk to the elders). The village people was all worked up with enforcing lots of ridiculous rules and making the orphans do all the chores all over the VFD. While doing those chores they found a lead in finding their two friends and on the side, the village police chef just announced she just caught Count Olaf!...

Pretty much set in a Star Trek kind of environment with the exception of more thigh rolling effects. The characters pretty much drew you in but the concept of emotional rollercoaster within this story is hard to believe. of course whatever rocks the individual's boat i guess.

This is a tale of a Prince Barrack of Terra who went out to settle political affairs with the nympho ruled government called the Zytellians, but ended up in the hands of Tiryl who had taken him prisoner and pretty much wanted to 'mark' him as one of her harem boys.she ried all kinds of things to make him succumb but just before she succeeded an attack set upon her ship ended u turning the tables on her. Barrack however had grown liking upon Tiryl and tempted to do upon her as what she had done to him. ...
