I first read it when I was 13 and really enjoyed it then. I have a different perspective now, but still appreciate the motion of the story, the realness of the characters, and the over-arching social questions that are raised. In typical Asimov fashion the science is somewhat based in reality. The story revolves around a daughter who misses her father so despite hyperspeed travel and seeming telepathy, it is really a human story....
