First of all, if you read the "acknowledgments" page, one gets an inkling that Orson Scott Card himself was mainly a sort of advisor, and that his role in writing this was less than that of Aaron Johnston's, whose name on the cover, incidentally, is a lot smaller than that of Card's. Anyway, I didn't really read this book. It was so bad that I recognized only one or two chapters into it that it would not be worth my time. It is so poorly written that it is actually painful. ...
